Things have been pretty busy around here, hence things have been pretty quiet here on the blog. I haven't had a chance to edit pictures in awhile and I have taken even fewer photos--not even with my phone.
I didn't really mean to disappear, but I will say that for once, I haven't really felt guilty about it. Maybe it's the fact that I've been totally consumed with school work, soccer, and kiddos, but the blog took a back burner, and it felt okay this time.
We're finally on spring break; I'm not sure why the third quarter felt so incredibly long to me this year, but it did. In spite of the fact that I barely made a dent in my grading, and I still have a huge stack to finish in the next week.
Eric is off in Indonesia, on the same trip that I took two years ago. I had big plans to take the kids to Cebu, in the Philippines, just to lay on the beach and enjoy some warm weather, but it didn't happen. At this point, I'm relieved that I changed my mind. I barely have the energy to do what needs to be done around here right now.
Honestly, I'm not sure when things will slow down, since soccer only gets busier from here, and then spring at YISS happens. And spring at YISS is never a slow time.
My only hope is that maybe I'll get some energy back soon and be able to stay awake long enough in the evening to complete my work for school and some blogging. Until then, sit tight. For everything, there is a season.
