Yesterday, I sent Eric to the store to get a few groceries. I was making black bean burritos for dinner and wanted a couple of things to go with them. Can you guess what he bought?

Yes, Nancy P., he bought Fuyu persimmons! He thought they were tomatoes, of course. I guess I can see where he would have made that mistake, but I thought it was pretty funny! Now I get to figure out something to make with persimmons!
